CT Scanning
DENTAL CT SCANNING is a very useful modality in treatment planning for dental implants to gauge the volume and quality of bone. It can also be used to help diagnose disease in the maxillary sinuses and nasal complex, as well as examination of individual teeth in difficult endodontic (root canal) cases. At 03 Dental, we have our own state-of-the art CBCT scanner, manufactured by Sirona in Germany. This is the XG3D scanner, one of only a few in Ireland. Mr Flanagan has done extensive training on this machine both in London and Germany, as well as having done his training on Cone Beam CT Scanning. 03 Dental takes referrals for CT scanning, both for Dental and ENT.
